  1. Termination of Agreements

2.1 Right to Terminate: Clients have the right to terminate any agreement with San Francisco Online Marketing at any time, for any reason, with or without cause. Upon termination, all services and obligations will cease as well as all previous data will be deleted

2.2 Notice of Termination: To terminate an agreement, clients must provide a 30 day written notice to San Francisco Online Marketing via email or a formal written communication. San Francisco Online Marketing will confirm the termination and provide any necessary instructions or requirements to complete the process.

  1. Ownership of Advertising Campaigns

3.1 San Francisco Online Marketing Ownership: San Francisco Online Marketing retains full ownership and control over all advertising campaigns created on behalf of our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, ad copy, creative materials, targeting settings, and campaign configurations.

3.2 Restrictions on Sharing Login Access: Under no circumstances will San Francisco Online Marketing share login access to client advertising accounts with any third parties, including the client. Access to advertising accounts will be limited to authorized San Francisco Online Marketing employees and contractors for the sole purpose of managing and optimizing advertising campaigns.

3.3 Transparency and Reporting: San Francisco Online Marketing will provide regular reports and updates to clients regarding the performance of their advertising campaigns. Clients will have access to campaign metrics and data through dedicated reporting channels, as agreed upon in the initial agreement.

  1. Amendments to the Policy

San Francisco Online Marketing reserves the right to modify or update this Online Advertising Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or communicating the changes to the client directly.
